Shipping And Handling Guide
For delivery in the UK, all orders are shipped using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Prices will be those ruling at the order date. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please note, your country may require you to pay an import charge for your Products. Cranley Creams LLP is not liable for these charges. We would advise you to check this before placing your order.
Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.
For delivery to the UK:

For delivery in Europe:
Parcels can only be sent via courier. The delivery cost will be calculated based on which zone the parcel is being delivered to; please see the pricing matrix below.

Delivery Guide
We will deliver your Products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
UK Standard Recorded - Estimated 2 -3 working days.
Europe - Estimated 7 - 10 working days
Rest of World - Estimated 10 - 14 working days
Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.
Cranley Creams LLP do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. From the time we commence delivery of the Products, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to a) exercise your right of cancellation; and b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.
Back Orders
If your Product is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Cancellation
Orders are usually processed on the same day they are placed. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are asked to phone us on +44 (0) 1635 565 000, stating your customer number and order details (including order number) in all communications.
