Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our webshop, and add any Products that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK pounds or your own currency.

We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and Solo.   

Shipping And Handling Guide
For delivery in the UK, all orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class unless you select the option to have your order shipped using the Signed for service, this is available at an extra cost. We would recommend that you always opt to have your parcel sent via Recorded Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for any Products lost in the post.

Prices will be those ruling at the order date.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note, your country may require you to pay an import charge for your Products. Cranley Creams LLP is not liable for these charges. We would advise you to check this before placing your order.

Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.

For delivery to the UK:
Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order. All delivery charges are subject to change. Our pricing matrix is shown below:

1251g – 1500g	£5.50 (Royal Mail Service, not signed for)
1500g and above	£6.00 (Courier service)
Courier service	£6.00
Royal Mail Signed for service option	Add £1.50

 

For delivery in Europe:
If the parcel weighs less than 1kg then you will be able to choose a Royal Mail Delivery service, however, this is not a signed for service and we would recommend that you select the courier option.

If the parcel weighs more than 1kg then the parcel can only be sent via courier. The delivery cost will be calculated based on which zone the parcel is being delivered to; please see the pricing matrix below.

Delivery Guide
We will deliver your Products in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

UK Standard – Estimated 2 –3 working days.
UK Next Day Delivery – Orders must be placed before 12 noon on a working day for delivery the next working day. Please note that this service requires a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden' at the address.
Available for UK Mainland only and Isle of Wight. Excludes Northern Scotland.
Europe – Estimated 7 – 10 working days
Rest of World – Estimated 10 – 14 working days

Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

Cranley Creams LLP do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. From the time we commence delivery of the Products, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to a) exercise your right of cancellation; and b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

Back Orders
If your Product is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Cancellation
Orders are usually processed on the same day they are placed. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are asked to phone us on +44 (0) 208 614 4700, stating your customer number and order details (including order number) in all communications.
