Informative and engagingReview by OP - London

I have been going to the Cranley Clinic for 10 years. During my time there I have been impressed and supported by the team's expertise. This is an informative and engaging read. Dr Lowe has provided a comprehensive explanation of the causes, effects and potential treatments of acne. It is a book for everyone, regardless of one's personal experiences, knowledge or type of acne. Furthermore, it encourages and equips individuals to take ownership of and overcome acne, either by themselves or with the care and support of the Cranley Clinic team. (Posted on 07/04/2016)

The very best knowledgeReview by Jo Glanville-Blackburn, Woman & Home, Beauty Director

I have known Dr Lowe for over 25 years and throughout that time have turned to him for his unrivalled knowledge and straightforward attitude to all things dermatological. Little surprise then that he was my immediate 'go-to' when two of my teenage children began suffering from acne last year. After just one visit, his expert knowledge and assurance instantly boosted their confidence. In a world of selfies and self-criticism, this book gives the very best knowledge to anyone concerned about acne. (Posted on 06/04/2016)
Invaluable handbookReview by Eve Cameron, journalist

Having been an acne sufferer myself, I know how distressing the condition is and how hard it is to find accurate information and treatment to help. This invaluable handbook, written by two of the best skin specialists I know, offers a complete guide with professional and self-help solutions. (Posted on 06/04/2016)
Accurate and easy-to-understand.Review by Dr Tamara Griffiths, Consultant Dermatologist
Quality
This self-help guide provides accurate and easy-to-understand information for those who suffer from one of the most common skin afflictions. Acne can range from a mild, clinically insignificant condition, to severe and disfiguring disease, but the psychological impact can be profound across the spectrum. Empowering patients and the public with greater understanding and knowledge is most welcome, particularly in the age of misinformation and pseudoscience, and is eloquently delivered by the internationally-recognised Lowe duo.
