Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our webshop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling and are stated inclusive of VAT, where applicable, and exclusive of delivery charges which will be indicated before order completion.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK pounds or your own currency.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must be aged 18 or older and be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charged.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class unless you select the option to have your order shipped using the signed for service, this is available at an extra cost. We would recommend that you always opt to have your parcel sent via recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order. All delivery charges are subject to change.

Prices will be those ruling at the order date.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please note, your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. drnicklowe.com is not liable for these charges. We would advise you check this before placing your order.

Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery payment.

Delivery Schedule
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery.

drnicklowe.com do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to you, we will also provide you with sufficient details to enable you to a) exercise your right of cancellation; and b) address any intended cancellation or complaints to the correct place of business.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
We know that security is a key concern when buying on line. We use the latest technology to ensure all your personal and credit card details remain completely confidential. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

drnicklowe.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy
We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however if for some reason you would like to return anything bough from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it is in fully resaleable condition.
Returns should be made within 14 days of purchase and in original, undamaged and unopened packaging. Under these circumstances we will not refund postage and it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We would recommend that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be responsible for any items that are lost in transit. You should retain proof of postage.

To return an item, please send it back securely wrapped, in the original packaging along with a completed returns slip (which will be included in your parcel) stating the reason for your return to the following address:

If your order arrives and the products are not those you ordered, or the order is incomplete, or the products are in a damaged condition when you received them, please notify us immediately via phone on +44 (0) 208 614 4700.
In the case of damaged goods please retain all packaging and damaged products for inspection by the carrier. Subject to these Terms and Conditions we will within a reasonable time refund the price you paid for the returned products together with the initial delivery charge. Please state your dispatch details in all communications.

We will only make a refund to the original credit card or debit card account used to make the online purchase. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Returns of goods purchased from other outlets are not covered by these Terms and Conditions and will not be accepted. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation
Orders are usually processed on the same day are they are placed. Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are asked to phone us on +44 (0) 208 614 4700, stating your customer number and order details (including order number) in all communications.
