Artificial Hormones - Are they making your acne worse?

A recent publication by the American Academy of dermatology has advised that one of the biggest acne causing culprits can be milk. Cows are fed hormones to increase milk yields, and ingesting these hormones can inflame acne. This includes all dairy products, such as cheese, yoghurt, and milk chocolate. If you are concerned about blemishes try switching to non-dairy milk (such as soy or almond) and dark chocolate.
