Acute respiratory infection is one of the most common diseases suffered by the community. Most of the respiratory tract infections are only mild, such as colds, caused by viruses and do not require treatment with antibiotics. The purpose of this research is to know the Determinants of ARI Incidence in Toddlers in the Tulis Village, the Work Area of the Tulis Health Center. This type of research is quantitative research with an analytic survey method with a “case control” design. The sample technique is “consecutive sampling”. Data analysis was performed using the “chi square test” and “multiple logistic regression”. The results of the “chi square test” showed that the factors associated with the incidence of ARI were a exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.049, OR=2.654), mother's knowledge (p=0.029, OR=6.212), smoking behavior (P=0.000, OR=22.500), and lighting in the house (p=0.000, OR=31.714). The results of the multivariate test found that the most influential factor with the incidence of ARI was lighting in the house (OR=29.004) after controlling for other variables.
